1. The group and Trademark Usage - The right to use the AaraBeau Brands name, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary marks associated with us.

2. Operating System - The specific methods, processes, and procedures for running the business. Guidelines for marketing, sales, customer service, product or service delivery, quality control, and other operational aspects.

3. Training and Support - You will receive training for yourself (the owner) and your staff.

4. Marketing and onboarding - Included with the purchase of the salon/ studio, our team will assist you with your social media onboarding, client liaison, appointment scheduler onboarding, payment portals for the salon, and a host of other aspects.

5. Supply and Stock Purchase - With the purchase of the salon, you will receive 2 months’ worth of stock where after it is required, ordering stock via our dedicated admin assistant. Stock requisitions, commission / payroll structures. 

6. Fees and Royalties - For the initial take on, there are no royalties for the first 3 months, where after you pay a flat rate. (This is to manage ongoing queries, assist with admin related duties to be further indicated on the contract)

7. Shop Fitting - All shop fitting which is included, with salon / Studio equipment is suited to 3 Variants: 50sqm, 75sqm or 100sqm

8. We will assist you with the general layout and shop fitting for your store, we encourage you to seek an appropriate location for your store, we are also hands on to help you to find a suitable location should you need assistacne.

This consult is one day long & hosted before your salon launch.
